Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to this Cookies multi-market brand website and its product, culture, newsletter, licensed-retailer locator, listing-request, and wholesale-inquiry features (the “Site”). The Site is informational and does not process cannabis purchases, payments, delivery orders, or customer accounts. A licensed retailer or another third-party website linked from the Site operates under its own privacy practices.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. Newsletter signups may include an email address, first name, ZIP or state, a 21+ confirmation, and marketing consent. Retail-partner forms may include a name, business or store name, contact details, market, address, license information, product interests, and a message.
• Age-gate preference. The Site stores a simple browser cookie and local-storage value indicating that a visitor confirmed they are 21 or older. It does not store a birth date through the age gate.
• Basic technical activity. The Site and its hosting or security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser/device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events needed to deliver and protect the Site.
• Location, only when requested. If a visitor chooses “Use my location,” the browser asks permission for device location so nearby verified retailer listings can be sorted. The Site does not intentionally add that precise location to a lead submission.
• Interaction measurement. The Site can record non-personal interaction events such as form starts, product clicks, market/filter selections, calls, directions, and successful form submissions. Form-field values are not placed in those analytics events.
